Skateboarding, snowboarding chef Tobie Puttock’s story is one of travel, hard work, seeking meaning and fabulous cooking! He is renowned for his delicious Italian food and his association with River Café, Jamie Oliver and Fifteen. His reputation as a skilled and creative chef grew exponentially with his experience as a restaurant owner, tv chef and author. His latest book SuperNatural reflects his interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle and his passion for the possibilities of plant-based recipes.
He is also the Creative Director of The Good Foundation and Jamie’s Ministry of Food which is working to maximise the health, well-being and productivity of communities across Australia. We met Tobie at the Melbourne headquarters of the Good Foundation.
